1. About NotVTT

NotVTT is a Campaign Operating System for tabletop role-playing game Dungeon Masters. It helps you manage NPCs, locations, quests, session notes, combat encounters, and campaign history from a single dashboard. It is a productivity tool for storytellers, not a social network or content platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Do not share your account credentials with others.

3. Your Content

Everything you create inside NotVTT — campaign worlds, characters, locations, lore, quests, session notes, maps, and combat data — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your creative work. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the application to you.

4. Acceptable Use

NotVTT is a personal campaign management tool. You agree not to use the service to store or transmit content that is illegal, infringes the intellectual property rights of others, or violates any applicable laws. Because NotVTT does not host public-facing content or enable user-to-user sharing, compliance is primarily between you and your own campaign.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep NotVTT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, apply updates, or address technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

6. Limitation of Liability

NotVTT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of campaign data, session notes, or creative content. We strongly recommend periodically exporting your campaign data through the application’s export features.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of NotVTT after changes means you accept the new terms.
